Web portal: reports and finance
Read paid sales, fees, and activity — and avoid treating held tickets as revenue.
Open reports and finance
- From the portal sidebar, open Reports and/or Finance.
- Pick the date range and outlet you care about.
- Skim gross sales, order counts, and any fee lines your plan shows.
Paid sales are revenue
Gross and averages should reflect paid transactions. Held or unpaid tickets are still open work — they are not revenue until settled. Refunds reduce what you keep and should appear as refunded activity, not silent deletes.
Drill into a transaction
- Open activity or transactions for the day.
- Select a row to see line items, payment method, and fees.
- Use that breakdown when reconciling the cash drawer or card batch.
Close-of-day checklist
- Confirm no unexpected held tickets remain open.
- Match refund totals to manager approvals from the shift.
- Export or screenshot summaries if your accountant needs a daily pack.
