Getting started with Foodma

What Foodma includes

Foodma is a restaurant operating system: a customer marketplace, a vendor mobile app, a web portal for managers, and Foodpos for counter and kitchen sales.

You do not need every surface on day one. Most restaurants start in the web portal (menu and staff), then add Foodpos on the floor and the vendor app for marketplace orders.

Create your restaurant account

1. Go to foodma.co and choose Sign up / Get started for vendors.
2. Enter your business details and verify your email or phone.
3. Complete onboarding — profile, location, and payout details where required.
4. After approval, sign in on the web portal to finish menu and staff setup before going live.

Which product for which job

Use this map so the team opens the right app instead of hunting for features.

1. Web portal — build the menu, invite staff, manage inventory, review orders and reports.
2. Foodpos (Windows or Android tablet) — take walk-in and table orders, hold/pay, print receipts, run the floor.
3. Vendor mobile — accept and update Foodma marketplace / delivery orders on the go.
4. QR / digital menu — let seated guests order from a link or table QR without installing an app.

Where to sign in and download

1. Web: sign in at foodma.co with your vendor credentials, then open your restaurant workspace.
2. Foodpos: download from the Foodpos page on foodma.co, install on the counter device, and sign in with staff or owner credentials.
3. Vendor mobile: install the Foodma vendor app from your app store and sign in with the same business account.
