Request Account Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your Foodma account and all associated personal data. This page is part of our Google Play Data Safety compliance commitment and does not require you to log in.
Who This Applies To
Account deletion is available to every Foodma community member, including customers who order meals and riders who deliver them.
How to Delete an Account
- Option 1: Open the Foodma mobile app, navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete my account, and follow the prompts.
- Option 2: Use the secure request form below. We will process deletion even if you no longer have access to the app.
Deletion Request Form
Complete the form so our support team can verify your identity and remove the correct account. We respond to every request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Personal profile information
- Orders and delivery history
- Location data
- Wallet and earnings data (where applicable)
Data That May Be Retained
- Transaction records required by law
- Fraud prevention and security logs
Deletion Timeline
Once we verify your request, account deletion is completed within 14 calendar days. You will receive confirmation as soon as the removal is done.
