QR and digital menu ordering

Turn on your public menu link or table QR, walk through the guest flow, and see tickets in the kitchen.

What guests see

Guests scan a table QR or open a shared menu link, browse your categories, add items, and place an order without installing an app.

Enable QR / digital ordering

  1. In the web portal, publish your menu and ensure items are available.
  2. Copy your public menu or QR ordering link from restaurant or digital menu settings.
  3. Generate and print QR codes for tables; place them where guests can scan easily.
  4. Test on a phone: place a small order and confirm it appears for the kitchen and on Foodpos.

What the kitchen sees

Guest QR orders arrive as tickets alongside counter sales. Advance them with the same status flow: prep, ready, complete.

Table or token information on the ticket helps runners deliver to the right seat.

Tips

  1. Reprint QR codes after rotating table numbers so scans still match the floor map.
  2. If orders stop arriving, check that the menu is published and the link has not been replaced.
